Krav Maga Self-Protect (KMS)

Krav Maga (hebr. קרב מגע „contact combat”) is a generic term for civilian self-defense and close combat systems which were developed for the Isreali police and military forces (Source: Wikipedia).
This system has been developed steadily and is now one of the most modern and effective self-defense systems in the world. The founder of Krav Maga Self Protect Association Switzerland, Guiseppe Puglisi, is an instructor for the police force and a former member of the Swiss special police forces and the Swiss Army.
With Krav Maga you learn not only to defend yourself, but also learn how you have to handle a critical situation.
